The World Health Heroes organisation was already up and running for six months, and needed a solid identity that encapsulated the feeling of local community, with the aim to reach out to locations across the world. It needed to reflect the purpose of bringing affordable health and wellbeing to everyone, and also encompass the fact that it provides a networking hub for practitioners, and a directory for the public to use. I used uneven circles and lines within the logo, and combined these with a chunky rounded typeface to give a welcoming and informal feel, which was then carried through to the website design.
I was really pleased to be asked to create their branding, and follow this through to the design of the new website and other marketing collateral.
Having designed the responsive site, I then worked closely with JustStructure who built it.

My company was needing a big rebrand to take us to the next level. I was unsure on what I wanted. I didn’t know who to use. Then Laura of DesignBird was recommended to me. Within the first attempt of drafting an idea, she found the branding you see with us today. Her creativity, work ethic and perfectionism makes her a cut above the rest. I wouldn’t use anyone else, and that’s why I now have her working for my company (freelance), to help me maintain the brand and keep it strong. She is worth every penny. If you are reading this then this is your final stop. Laura is the one!
