Within the first couple of weeks of working with Laura, I had a brand melt-down. Yes, I actually decided, after Laura had already started working on a design, that my business name didn’t work and I needed to change it.  This was not ideal and I don’t recommend it, but the point I would rather you take is that Laura was absolutely amazing throughout.
